"وإن شاء استسعى الابن في نصف قيمته" لاحتباس ماليته عنده "وهذا عند أبي حنيفة رحمه الله" لأن يسار المعتق لا يمنع السعاية عنده وقالا لا خيار له ويضمن الأب نصف قيمته لأن يسار المعتق يمنع السعاية عندهما.
