باب اليمين في الخروج والإتيان والركوب وغير ذلك] قال: "ومن حلف لا يخرج من المسجد فأمر إنسانا فحمله فأخرجه حنث" لأن فعل المأمور مضاف إلى الآمر فصار كما إذا ركب دابة فخرجت
