"ولو حلف لا يصوم يوما أو صوما فصام ساعة ثم أفطر لا يحنث" لأنه يراد به الصوم التام المعتبر شرعا وذلك بإنهائه إلى آخر اليوم واليوم صريح في تقدير المدة به.
