"ويثبت الشرب بشهادة شاهدين و" يثبت "بالإقرار مرة واحدة" وعن أبي يوسف رحمه الله أنه يشترط الإقرار مرتين وهو نظير الاختلاف في السرقة وسنبينها هناك إن شاء الله
