قال: "ولا يصلب أكثر من ثلاثة أيام" لأنه يتغير بعدها فيتأذى الناس به وعن أبي يوسف رحمه الله أنه يترك على خشبة حتى يتقطع ويسقط ليعتبر به غيره قلنا حصل الاعتبار بما ذكرناه والنهاية غير مطلوبة.
