فصل: "ومن اشترى شيئا مما ينقل ويحول لم يجز له بيعه حتى يقبضه" لأنه عليه الصلاة والسلام نهى عن بيع ما لم يقبض ولأن فيه غرر انفساخ العقد على اعتبار الهلاك.
