قال: "ويجوز بيع درهم صحيح ودرهمي غلة بدرهمين صحيحين ودرهم غلة" والغلة ما يرده بيت المال ويأخذه التجار. ووجهه تحقق المساواة في الوزن وما عرف من سقوط اعتبار الجودة.
