"وإن كانت مستديرة قد لزق طرفاها فلهم أن يفتحوا" بابا لأن لكل واحد منهم حق المرور في كلها إذ هي ساحة مشتركة ولهذا يشتركون في الشفعة إذا بيعت دار منها.
