"ولم يسمع قوله إنه قضاه" لأنه شهادة فرد "إلا أن يشهد معه آخر" وعن أبي يوسف رحمه الله أنه يقضي بخمسمائة، لأن شاهد القضاء مضمون شهادته أن لا دين إلا خمسمائة. وجوابه ما قلنا.
