"ويقول شاهد الفرع عند الأداء أشهد أن فلانا أشهدني على شهادته أن فلانا أقر عنده بكذا وقال لي اشهد على شهادتي بذلك" لأنه لا بد من شهادته، وذكر شهادة الأصل وذكر التحميل، ولها لفظ أطول من هذا وأقصر منه، وخير الأمور أوسطها.
