وأذا اخْتلف الزَّوْجَانِ فِي الْمهْر فَادّعى الزَّوْج أَنه تزَوجهَا بِأَلف وَقَالَت تزَوجنِي بِأَلفَيْنِ فَأَيّهمَا أَقَامَ الْبَيِّنَة تقبل بَينته
