"ولا يبيعه مرابحة إلا على ألفين" لأنه اشتراه بألفين، ويظهر ذلك فيما إذا بيع العبد بأربعة آلاف فحصة المضاربة ثلاثة آلاف يرفع رأس المال ويبقى خمسمائة ربح بينهما.
