"ومنحتك هذا الثوب وحملتك على هذه الدابة إذا لم يرد به الهبة" ؛ لأنهما لتمليك العين، وعند عدم إرادته الهبة تحمل على تمليك المنافع تجوزا. قال: "وأخدمتك هذا العبد" ؛ لأنه أذن له في استخدامه "وداري لك سكنى" ؛ لأن معناه سكناها لك
