قال: "وشعر الميتة وعظمها طاهر" وقال الشافعي رحمه الله تعالى نجس لأنه من أجزاء الميتة ولنا أنه لا حياة فيهما ولهذا لا يتألم بقطعهما فلا يحلهما الموت إذ الموت زوال الحياة
