"وإن استأجرها ليحمل عليها قطنا سماه فليس له أن يحمل عليها" "مثل وزنه حديدا" ؛ لأنه ربما يكون أضر بالدابة فإن الحديد يجتمع في موضع من ظهرها والقطن ينبسط على ظهرها.
