"وإن قال: صاحب الثوب عملته لي بغير أجر وقال الصانع بأجر فالقول قول صاحب الثوب" عند أبي حنيفة؛ لأنه ينكر تقوم عمله إذ هو يتقوم بالعقد وينكر الضمان والصانع يدعيه والقول قول المنكر
