قال: "وإذا أقعد الخياط أو الصباغ في حانوته من يطرح عليه العمل بالنصف فهو جائز" لأن هذه شركة الوجوه في الحقيقة، فهذا بوجاهته يقبل وهذا بحذاقته يعمل فينتظم بذلك المصلحة فلا تضره الجهالة فيما يحصل.
