فصل: قال: "وإذا اشترى المكاتب أباه أو ابنه دخل في كتابته" لأنه من أهل أن يكاتب وإن لم يكن من أهل الإعتاق فيجعل مكاتبا تحقيقا للصلة بقدر الإمكان، ألا ترى أن الحر متى كان يملك الإعتاق يعتق عليه
