"وإن ولد له ولد من أمة له دخل في كتابته" لما بينا في المشترى "فكان حكمه كحكمه وكسبه له" لأن كسب الولد كسب كسبه ويكون كذلك قبل الدعوة فلا ينقطع بالدعوة اختصاصه،
