"وقيل له أد المال إلى ورثة المولى على نجومه" لأنه استحقاق الحرية على هذا الوجه والسبب انعقد كذلك فيبقى بهذه الصفة ولا يتغير، إلا أن الورثة يخلفونه في الاستيفاء.
