قال: "فإن ولدت بعد عتقها لأكثر من ستة أشهر ولدا فولاؤه لموالي الأم" لأنه عتق تبعا للأم لاتصاله بها بعد عتقها فيتبعها في الولاء ولم يتيقن بقيامه وقت الإعتاق حتى يعتق مقصودا
