باب الحجر بسبب الدين] "قال أبو حنيفة: لا أحجر في الدين، وإذا وجبت ديون على رجل وطلب غرماؤه حبسه والحجر عليه لم أحجر عليه" لأن في الحجر إهدار أهليته فلا يجوز لدفع ضرر خاص.
