"فإن وقع فيها خرء الحمام أو العصفور لا يفسده" خلافا للشافعي رحمه الله له أنه استحال إلى نتن وفساد فأشبه خرء الدجاج ولنا إجماع المسلمين على اقتناء الحمامات في المساجد مع ورود الأمر بتطهيرها واستحالته لا إلى نتن رائحة فأشبه الحمأة
