"وإن قيد الخامسة بسجدة بطل فرضه" عندنا خلافا للشافعي رحمه الله لأنه استحكم شروعه في النافلة قبل إكمال أركان المكتوبة ومن ضرورته خروجه عن الفرض وهذا لأن الركعة بسجدة واحدة صلاة حقيقة حتى يحنث بها في يمينه لا يصلي
