قال: "وكذا إذا شرطا ما على الماذيانات والسواقي" معناه لأحدهما، لأنه إذا شرط لأحدهما زرع موضع معين أفضى ذلك إلى قطع الشركة، لأنه لعله لا يخرج إلا من ذلك الموضع، وعلى هذا إذا شرط لأحدهما ما يخرج من ناحية معينة ولآخر ما يخرج من ناحية أخرى
