وَلَو أجر الصَّبِي نَفسه لَا يجوز إِلَّا إِذا فرغ من الْعَمَل

"ولو أجر الصبي نفسه لا يجوز" ؛ لأنه مشوب بالضرر "إلا إذا فرغ من العمل" ؛ لأن عند ذلك تمحض نفعا فيجب المسمى وهو نظير العبد المحجور يؤاجر نفسه وقد ذكرناه.
