"وإذا نوى المسافر أن يقيم بمكة ومنى خمسة عشر يوما لم يتم الصلاة" لأن اعتبار النية في موضعين يقتضي اعتبارها في مواضع وهو ممتنع لأن السفر لا يعرى عنه إلا إذا نوى المسافر أن يقيم بالليل في أحدهما فيصير مقيما بدخوله فيه لأن إقامة المرء مضافة إلى مبيته
