قال: "ومن شهر على غيره سلاحا في المصر فضربه ثم قتله الآخر فعلى القاتل" "القصاص" معناه: إذا ضربه فانصرف؛ لأنه خرج من أن يكون محاربا بالانصراف فعادت عصمته.
