قال: "وكذا إذا ذهب سمعه أو بصره أو شمه أو ذوقه" لأن كل واحد منها منفعة مقصودة، وقد روي: أن عمر رضي الله عنه قضى بأربع ديات في ضربة واحدة ذهب بها العقل والكلام والسمع والبصر.
