"ولو كان في الكف ثلاثة أصابع يجب أرش الأصابع ولا شيء في الكف بالإجماع" لأن الأصابع أصول في التقويم، وللأكثر حكم الكل فاستتبعت الكف، كما إذا كانت الأصابع قائمة بأسرها.
