"و" سؤر "ما يسكن البيوت كالحية والفأرة مكروه" لأن حرمة اللحم أوجبت نجاسة السؤر إلا أنه سقطت النجاسة لعلة الطوف فبقيت الكراهة والتنبيه على العلة في الهرة. قال
