"ومن استهل بعد الولادة سمى وغسل وصلي عليه" لقوله ﷺ "إذا استهل المولود صلي عليه وإن لم يستهل لم يصل عليه" ولأن الاستهلال دلالة الحياة فتحقق في حقه سنة الموتى
