"فإذا كانت مائتين وحال عليها الحول ففيها خمسة دراهم" لأنه عليه الصلاة والسلام كتب إلى معاذ رضي الله عنه "أن خذ من كل مائتي درهم خمسة دراهم ومن كل عشرين مثقالا من ذهب نصف مثقال" .
