"وكذا إذا اشتراها منه مسلم أو أسلم التغلبي عند أبي حنيفة رحمه الله" سواء كان التضعيف أصليا أو حادثا لأن التضعيف صار وظيفة لها فتنتقل إلى المسلم بما فيها كالخراج
