"ويصلى بتيممه ما شاء من الفرائض والنوافل" وعند الشافعي رحمه الله تعالى يتيمم لكل فرض لأنه طهارة ضرورية ولنا أنه طهور حال عدم الماء فيعمل عمله ما بقي شرطه.
