"وكذا من حضر العبد فخاف إن اشتغل بالطهارة أن يفوته العيد يتيمم" لأنها لا تعاد وقوله والولي غيره إشارة إلى أنه لا يجوز للولي وهو رواية الحسن عن أبي حنيفة رحمه الله تعالى هو الصحيح لأن للولي حق الإعادة فلا فوات في حقه
