"ومن أغمي عليه في رمضان لم يقض اليوم الذي حدث فيه الإغماء" لوجود الصوم فيه وهو الإمساك المقرون بالنية إذ الظاهر وجودها منه "وقضى ما بعده" لانعدام النية
