"ولو خرج من المسجد ساعة بغير عذر فسد اعتكافه" عند أبي حنيفة رحمه الله لوجود المنافى وهو القياس وقالا لا يفسد حتى يكون أكثر من نصف يوم وهو الاستحسان لأن في القليل ضرورة قال
