"ويحرم على المعتكف الوطء" لقوله تعالى: ﴿وَلا تُبَاشِرُوهُنَّ وَأَنْتُمْ عَاكِفُونَ فِي الْمَسَاجِدِ﴾ "و" كذا "اللمس والقبلة" لأنه من دواعيه فيحرم عليه إذ هو محظوره كما في الإحرام
