وَلَو بَات بِمَكَّة لَيْلَة عَرَفَة وَصلى بهَا الْفجْر ثمَّ غَدا إِلَى عَرَفَات وَمر بمنى أَجزَأَهُ

"ولو بات بمكة ليلة عرفة وصلى بها الفجر ثم غدا إلى عرفات ومر بمنى أجزأه" لأنه لا يتعلق بمنى في هذا اليوم إقامة نسك ولكنه أساء بتركه الاقتداء برسول الله عليه الصلاة والسلام .
