قال: "وإذا طلع الفجر يصلي الإمام بالناس الفجر بغلس" لرواية ابن مسعود رضي الله عنه أن النبي عليه الصلاة والسلام صلاها يومئذ بغلس ولأن في التغليس دفع حاجة الوقوف فيجوز كتقديم العصر بعرفة
