(وما) أي: ومبيع (عدا مكيل ونحوه، كعبد) معين (وصُبرة) معينة (ونصفِهما، يجوز التصرُّف فيه قبل قَبْضه ببيع، وإجارة، وهِبة، ورهن، وعتق، وغير ذلك) لأن التعيين كالقبض.
