(أما) أجرة النقد (بعد قَبْضه) أي: قبض البائع الثمن (فـ) هي (على البائع؛ لأنه ملكه بقبضه، فعليه أن يبين أنه معيب ليرده) ولا غرض للمشتري في ذلك.
