(والإقالة للنادم مشروعة) أي: مستحبة؛ لحديث أبي هريرة مرفوعًا:"من أقالَ مسلمًا، أَقالَ (١) الله عثرتَهُ يومَ القيامة" رواه ابن ماجه ، ورواه أبو داود ، وليس فيه ذكر يوم القيامة.
