(والقبض في المجلس شَرْطٌ لصحته) أي: الصَّرْف، حكاه ابن المنذر إجماعَ من يحفظ عنه من أهل العلم، ولقوله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "وبيعوا الذهب بالفضة كيف شئتم، يدًا بيدٍ".
