(وإن كان له عنده دينار وديعةً فصارفه) أي: صارف ربُّ الدينار الوديع (به) أي: بالدينار (وهو) أي: الدينار (معلوم بقاؤه، أو مظنونٌ) بقاؤه (صحَّ الصَّرْف) لانتفاء الغَرَر
