(وعنه: يصح) نقلها المرُّوذي ؛ لأن الغرض معرفة قَدْره، وإمكان تسليمه من غير تنازع، فبأي قَدْر قدَّره جاز (اختاره الموفق وجمع) منهم الشارح وابن عبدوس في "تذكرته"، وجزم بها في "الوجيز" و"المنور" و"منتخب الأزجي".
