(ولابُدَّ أن يكون المكيال ونحوه) كالصَّنجة، والذراع (معلومًا عند العامة) لأنه إذا كان مجهولًا تعذَّر الاستيفاء به عند التلف، وذلك مُخِلٌّ بالحكمة التي اشترط معرفة القَدْرِ لأجلها.
