(فلو قال) المسلَمُ إليه للمسلِم (في دَيْن السَّلَم: صالحني منه) أي: من أجله (على مثل الثمن) المعقود عليه (صَحَّ) ذلك (وكان إقالةً) بلفظ الصلح؛ لأنها تصح بكل ما أدَّى معناها.
