(فينوي) بالتيمم (استباحة ما لا يباح إلا به) كالصلاة ونحوها، ويعين ما يتيمم له وفرضه، إن كان له نفل؛ لقوله عليه السلام:"وإنما لكلّ امرئٍ ما نوى".
